At the Field Tower, our crew removed the existing roof down to the structural steel deck. From there, we built a completely new high-performance roofing system featuring:
- 240 squares of .80 mil Elevate TPO
- Mechanically fastened insulation
- Adhered coverboard and membrane
- Low-VOC adhesive application for long-term performance
We also re-roofed the lower Field Tower and eight additional surrounding buildings, adding another 375 squares of fully adhered Elevate .80 mil TPO roofing.
