At the Squash Bridge Squash Education Alliance facility in Bridgeport, CT, a complete installation of the ATAS Isoleren Wall Panel System and CS Sunshades was performed in accordance with OSHA guidelines and a site-specific safety plan. Every aspect of the project was managed to ensure precision, safety, and a high-quality finish that meets the building’s performance and design requirements.
The result is a durable, energy-efficient exterior envelope designed to withstand Connecticut’s weather conditions while maintaining a clean architectural appearance.
Scope of Project
- Installation of CS Sunshades engineered for 89 PSF wind/snow load, including (2) 9′-wide × 2′-projection units and (1) 45′-wide × 2′-projection unit with 6″ × 2″ airfoil blades and 1/4″ flat plate outriggers.
- Furnishing and installation of approximately 69 squares of ATAS 42″ Isoleren wall panels (IMP-1, IMP-2, IMP-3; 3″ thick) in standard and Copper Penny finishes, installed directly to steel framing.
- Completion of window, door, base, corner, stack, and cap flashings for a fully weather-tight assembly.
- Use of scissor lifts, suction lifts, and controlled logistics to ensure safe handling and precise panel alignment throughout the installation.
